COVID-19 COMMUNITY TALK
On the 20th of March 2020, We had a talk with our people regarding the COVID-19, The talk was based on how to care for themselves,Washing hands for 20 Second, using soap to wash your hands, Coughing into your elbow and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
To also be aware of the symptoms of the pandemic, and giving them Department’s Hotline incase of Emergency.
Talk was conducted by Chris Makena and Millicent Mphela reaching over 100 people of Masakaneng.

COVID-19 LOCKDOWN FOOD PARCELS
The team managed to raise about R10 000.00 to feed over 42 Households in Masakaneng in preparation for the first lockdown on the 26th March 2020. each family received a food parcel containing:5 KG Maize meal, 2KG Rice, X2 Packs of Macaroni. X3 Tin Fish,X2 Fusion Juice, X3 Packs of Soup, X1 Bar of Bathing soap.Thank you for individuals and organizations that responded to the call to help our people.

COVID-19 LOCKDOWN FOOD PARCELS.
The extension of the lockdown by two weeks, caused so much panic to our people. The team came together to gather some funds and arrange food parcels for the duration of the lockdown, we managed to feed over 70 Households, also encouraging them to stay home and seek for help if they have any symptoms related to Covid-19. the food parcels included 12,5 KG of Maize meal, x3 Tin fish, x3 Corn beef, X1 soya mince, X1 Dry beans, X2 Pack Macaroni, X1 Sunlight bar soap and Salt. Thank you once more for the team and those that donated.
